Do you offer mold making?
Yes, we offer mold making. We have a highly experienced mold-cutter and offer both RTV and vulcanized rubber molds.
Generally we can have your mold ready in 3-5 days. Contact us to discuss options in further detail.
What should I do before sending a master model?
Please ensure that you look over your master model thoroughly with high power magnification such as an Optivisor or 10X loupe. Our state of the art casting process will capture every small detail, including replicating flaws and surface imperfections of any kind. If you want a trademark, logo or quality mark to appear on your castings, these must be on the master that you provide to us. Be sure that the master is precisely how you want the castings to appear.
What is your pricing?
Our prices are calculated based on weight and spot market. Call or email for more information. We’d love to discuss your casting needs!
Do you have a minimum order amount?
We have no minimum order, however, we have one requirement. That is that you must resell it and we hope you make a good profit and order two, we hope you sell those two and order four. This is how we hope to grow together so that you come back to order more.
Do you solder?
Yes, we provide basic soldering services.
What is your turnaround time?
For our Clip & Ship service (unfinished): generally 2-4 weeks
For finished pieces: generally 3-5 weeks
Factors that may impact turnaround include season and size of the order. We strive to accommodate our customer's needs!
Do you offer price breaks or discounts?
Yes, we are happy to provide price breaks for large, consistent/repeat orders.
We also provide discounts for larger pieces.

Can I provide my own metal?
No. We only purchase alloys and casting grain from trusted sources who we are certain will provide the highest quality. All of our sources certify that the metals are 100% recycled. This ensures that the alloys we use are environmentally responsible and free from any contaminates that could affect the quality of the products we deliver. We take pride in the quality of our castings and want every customer to be completely satisfied with their pieces.
What are the maximum dimensions for a wax to be cast?
The maximum dimensions for a wax are approximately 5 inches by 11 inches. This varies depending on the thickness and overall mass of the item. Please contact us to discuss in more detail!
Do you inlay or set stones?
We do not inlay or set stones.
Can you stamp my item with my logo or quality mark?
No, we do not add or alter designs in any way. Please ensure that your master model or wax is provided to us exactly how you want it cast. Any and all designs are treated as completely proprietary and never shared or produced outside of your instruction.
How are your items shipped?
Unless otherwise instructed, we ship USPS priority mail. All packages are fully insured, signature required.
We are happy to ship using other carriers upon request. Please provide your account number, allowing us to accommodate other shipping methods.
